The Tonight Show band leader Kevin Eubanks and American Idol superstar Carrie Underwood were voted 2007 PETA’s World’s Sexiest Male and Female Vegetarian Celebrities in their seventh annual poll.

Fads are a dime a dozen among red-carpet regulars, but there's one Hollywood trend that is not fading away: being vegetarian! More and more stars are taking on a new role as models for a compassionate, healthy, and earth-friendly lifestyle.

Almost 200 celebrities vyed for this year's title. They included country music singer Carrie Underwood, Bryce Dallas Howard, Alicia Silverstone and King Kong's leading lady Naomi Watts. On the male side Joaquin Phoenix, Casey Affleck, Jared Leto and Benji Madden were in the running.
Previous winners include Kristen Bell, Andre 3000, Josh Hartnett, Prince, Alicia Silverstone, Lauren Bush, Natalie Portman, Tobey Maguire, and Shania Twain.

Last year The Grammy-winning rock royalty, Prince took the 'King' title and his 'Queen' was Veronica Mars star, Kristen Bell. Red-carpet runners-up included Natalie Portman and Nicollette Sheridan.
Also included in the poll were Chelsea Clinton, Chrissie Hynde, Jennie Garth, k.d. lang, Linda Blair, Heather Mills, Peaches Geldof, Alec Baldwin, K-os, Little Richard, Michael Bolton, Paul McCartney and Boy George.
